Things at Arkham get out of hand as Poison Ivy and Magpie disturb the rest of the demonic Skarva which begin tearing up the women's wing and Jane Doe takes over Warren White's persona, leaving him to die in Mr Freeze's cell. And Doodlebug shows his true colours - he is a serial murderer, killing as sacrifices to the Skarva, with his newest victim being Junkyard Dog. Jason Blood makes his way to Arkham, and realising the desperate nature of the situation, unleashes Etrigan.
